Rob is principal of Ramidus Consulting Limited. He has over 30 years experience within the property sector, specialising in research and workplace strategy.

Kerry was involved in co-founding Ramidus. Her primary role involves managing all governance and office management issues for Ramidus, including accounting and finance, administration, compliance and legal matters, contract management and client relations.

Helen is a commercially astute planner and chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience in planning and development delivery, and in applied economic and property market research in the UK and abroad.

Ian is a property analyst and journalist who has been involved in some of the key debates about research methods in the property industry for over 20 years.

Sandra has worked with Ramidus since its inception and became a consultant to the practice in 2010. Before that, she worked as an independent research consultant for 12 years, after 10 years in the City of London as Head of Research for Baker Harris Saunders and BH2.
