Network partners We will retain data as necessary to ensure that we are able to receive or make payment, as appropriate.
Clients Personal Data will be used to ensure that we fulfil our contractual duties during the course of the appointment and to provide clients with future reports produced by us that are relevant to their completed contract.
Colleagues Personal Data will be used to share completed reports and to discuss extant and prospective work projects and opportunities.
Retention period for Personal Data
Contact via our website We will retain Personal Data on our database for a period up to 3 years to respond to further queries in the future or to send a link to, or electronic copy of, any relevant research report that we have produced.
Network partners We will retain Personal Data on our database for a period of 6 years after the end of the Financial Year when we are last working together to ensure we comply with HMRC regulation.
Clients We will retain data for a period of 6 years after the end of the current Financial Year, or as agreed with the client, if longer, to ensure that we comply with statutory and contractual obligations.
Colleagues Personal Data will be retained while there is mutual interest in working together in the future until such time as it is agreed that this should cease, or 7 years, after final contact.
Use of our website
We do not collect any personal or statistical data from users of our website. There is a contact form on our website, so browsers may contact us directly and our policy is recorded in the “How Personal Data is collected” (above).
Access to personal data
You have a right of access to any Personal Data held by us. To obtain a copy of this, send a request to: kerryharris@ramidus.co.uk. We shall first take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We will aim to respond to your request promptly and will tell you when to expect this.
If you wish us to remove personally identifiable information from our database, send an email to: kerryharris@ramidus.co.uk. We will then no longer be able to contact you unless you contact us again.
