Helen is a  commercially astute planner and chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in planning and development delivery, and in applied economic and property market research in UK and abroad. She has been an independent consultant to Ramidus and other planning and transport companies since 2015, after holding senior planning and consulting positions in SQW, Savills, ARUP, Gerald Eve and GVA. She was seconded to DCLG in 2012-13 to advise on CIL and development viability guidance.
