Sandra has worked with Ramidus since its inception and became a consultant to the practice in 2010. Before that, she worked as an independent research consultant for 12 years, after 10 years in the City of London as Head of Research for Baker Harris Saunders and BH2.
She has a particular interest in the Central London office market and the drivers of demand for office and industrial space in the Greater South East. She has conducted several research studies focused on the role of Heathrow Airport in the local economy. More recently she has been undertaking research on the local economies of Outer London and their future as commercial centres. She has also worked on several collaborative projects exploring the relationships between property owners and occupiers through interviews and focus groups; as well as market studies across the UK in which the focus has been on the nature and scale of demand for commercial property and changing occupier preferences.
Sandra has written widely on the property market, in magazines and journals including Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph, Estates Gazette, Journal of Property Research and Property Week. She has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and been an active member of the RICS.
