Ramidus has a wealth of research experience that has involved projects in a wide variety of property-related areas. Our particular interest is in market research where we have completed numerous innovative projects. Many of our projects are "user-based" – we talk to the customers of the property industry.
We work closely with investors, developers and policy makers, advising on market trends, investment opportunities, building specification, the changing needs of occupiers and benchmarking. We produce clear, practical and easy to understand reports.
We undertake research on geographical areas to help clients understand how a given market is changing. We provide detailed assessments of market supply and demand dynamics. We explain the forces driving change, their impact on the ground and their prospective influences in the future. Our output directly informs our clients' decision-making.
We also research property market sectors, (office, retail and industrial property), and the industrial sectors that occupy them. We analyse their changing needs and priorities, and explain how the supply market can respond.
Our advice is always clear, thoughtful and directional.

Ramidus is highly experienced in briefing - preparing business cases, defining needs and preparing workplace strategies for public and private sector organisations. We are focused on the business context of real estate decision-making and we offer practical advice, based on experience.
We work with our clients to prepare accommodation strategies that support wider operational objectives, and we help them achieve improvements in business performance through more efficient (lower cost) and effective (higher productivity) use of their workplace. Our aim is to help clients align their accommodation with their operational strategy.
Much of our advisory experience has involved helping organisations identify, develop and implement opportunties for organisational change through real estate and facilities planning.
This work will often involve advice on flexible working strategies where we take an innovative approach to integrated workplace management.
Our strategy advice sometimes involves working with in-house teams to help audit and identify the skills they need, the scope of their strategy and the systems and processes needed to make things happen.
