Rob is principal of Ramidus Consulting Limited. He has 27 years experience within the property sector, specialising in research and workplace strategy. Prior to setting up Ramidus, Rob worked for Interior Services Group, Stanhope Properties, Hillier Parker (now CBRE), Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks (now DTZ) and DEGW.

Rob established Ramidus Consulting Limited in 2003 as a specialist built environment research and advisory business. Rob's research experience has involved projects throughout the property process, from design, to development, to investment, to occupation. His particular interest is in market demand research where he has completed numerous innovative projects. He works closely with investors, developers and policy makers, advising on market trends, occupier needs, investment opportunities, building specification and benchmarking.
Rob works with private and public sector occupiers on their workplace strategies. He has a wealth of experience in briefing and preparing business cases, and in helping clients align their operational agendas with more efficient and more effective workplaces.
Rob regularly participates in industry initiatives, and is currently a Board member of the Federation of Corporate Real Estate and a Founder Council member of the Workplace Consulting Organisation.
Rob publishes and talks widely on real estate, specialising in occupier issues, demand research and the role of real estate in change management.

Sandra has worked with Ramidus since its inception and became a consultant to the practice in 2010. Before that, she worked as an independent research consultant for 12 years, after 10 years in the City of London as Head of Research for Baker Harris Saunders and BH2.
We seek to understand why markets behave as they do
She has a particular interest in the Central London office market and the drivers of demand for office and industrial space in the Greater South East. She has conducted several research studies focused on the role of Heathrow Airport in the local economy. More recently she has been undertaking research on the local economies of Outer London and their future as commercial centres. She has also worked on several collaborative projects exploring the relationships between property owners and occupiers through interviews and focus groups; as well as market studies across the UK in which the focus has been on the nature and scale of demand for commercial property and changing occupier preferences.
Sandra has written widely on the property market, in magazines and journals including Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph, Estates Gazette, Journal of Property Research and Property Week. She has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and been an active member of the RICS.

We maintain a huge network of like-minded individuals with diverse backgrounds
David has 25 years experience in property market analysis and since 1994 has run his own property research consultancy CCR. He was previously a Director of specialist office market research company Applied Property Research. Following collaborations with Ramidus since 2007, he became a consultant in 2011.
David is a specialist on central London offices with a particular interest in demand and development. Since 1996 he has been retained to provide a full research service for a Midtown chartered surveyor including data collection, analysis, presentations and report writing. Working with a niche firm keeps him close to the market. An early proponent of office to residential conversions he undertakes regular research on the dynamics of the central London residential market. Over the years he has advised a diverse range of clients including developers, investors, banks, chartered surveyors, architects, built environment professionals, estate agents, local authorities, regional government and central government.
He has a long-standing relationship with the Greater London Authority and its predecessor bodies, having been co-author on the entire London Office Policy Review series since 1992, most recently in 2007 and 2009 as a consultant to Ramidus.

What makes a successful contribution to the urban fabric? What makes a location right for a business? What drives demand?
Ian is a property analyst and journalist who has been involved in some of the key debates about research methods in the property industry for over 20 years. He began with an academic study of the build up to the 1980s property boom and then worked on the major redevelopment site at Kings Cross until entering journalism in 1994.
He was an assistant editor of Property Week, one of the two main property titles in the UK, covering news - including breaking the return of Crossrail to the political agenda - writing features and analysis on a wide range of topics, while using the opinion column to challenge some of the cherished myths of property development.
As an analyst he has worked with Ramidus since its inception, including two Greater London Authority London Office Policy Reviews and projects around the M25.

Kerry was involved in co-founding Ramidus. Her primary role involves managing all governance and office management issues for Ramidus, including accounting and finance, administration, compliance and legal matters, contract management and client relations. She liaises with all relevant bodies to ensure the smooth running of the company, and works with the Ramidus team members to ensure non-project matters are dealt with efficiently.

In addition to her governance role, Kerry takes an active part in project work. She has over 20 years of experience working with clients in group and individual formats, providing advice, information and research on a variety of issues. She is particularly skilled in orchestrating group learning and consultation.
Kerry provides project support to the Ramidus team in the form of project management, research, data management and analysis, editing reports and undertaking field work. Ramidus takes a particular pride in producing well written, clear and business-like reports and presentations that must stand up to public and board-level scrutiny, and Kerry provides invaluable support to produce this high quality output.
